Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka by courier, usually in 2–4 working days after your order is confirmed.
Delivery costs Rs 0 per order, and is free on orders of Rs 7,500 or more. You see the delivery charge before you place your order.
The courier calls before delivering, so please give a number you'll answer.
When your order is sent, we email you the courier's name and tracking number. You can also follow it on your order page.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and we pay the return delivery.
If you've changed your mind, you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. You pay the return delivery; we refund the item's price once it reaches us.
For hygiene reasons, opened air fresheners and cleaning products can only be returned if they're faulty.
Refunds go back the way you paid: to your card, or to your bank account for bank transfer orders, within 7 working days of us receiving the return.

You can cancel any time before your order is sent: contact us with your order number. If you've already paid, we refund you in full.
